Jason Motl
Email: jamotl@artsci.wustl.edu
Jason is a sixth year molecular genetics and genomics graduate student.  His research interests involve understanding scnRNA production early in the DNA elimination pathway. He is currently studying double-stranded RNA binding proteins and their role in DNA elimination.

Annie

Annie Sheih
Email:  sanninnas@gmail.com
Annie Shieh is a fourth year graduate student in the Developmental Biology program. She is interested in chromatin reorganization during Tetrahymena sexual reproduction, and is currently studying the involvement of two genes, LIA5 and DIE5, in this process. Annie likes drinking coffee in the Alps with the company of a good book.

Scott

Scott Horrell
Email:  scott.a.horrell@gmail.com

Scott is a graduate student from the St. Louis area.  His projects include understanding the role of Lia4 in DNA rearrangement, examining the in vivo localization of IESs during the DNA rearrangement process, and constructing pathways for the latter stages of DNA rearrangement.

Rachel

Rachel Schwope
Email:  rmschwop@wustl.edu

Rachel is a genetics graduate student from central Ohio.  She is currently studying the function of Pdd1 in Tetrahymena nuclear development, using both molecular biology and biochemical methods.  When not in the lab, she enjoys ultimate Frisbee and hiking through the wilderness.
